At EukyFits, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your shoes, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.
Overview
You may return or exchange unworn and undamaged shoes within 3 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How to initiate a return or exchange
- Contact Us: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. You can reach us by clicking here. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Return Authorisation: Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Packaging: Carefully package the shoes in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include all original tags, accessories, and the RA number written on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the package for its full value, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Processing: Once we receive your returned shoes, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size, colour, or style, please let us know when you contact us to initiate the return. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If the new item is of a lower value, you will receive a refund for the difference.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at queries@eukyfits.com.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns Shipping Costs
We offer free return shipping for exchanges or returns due to defective products or errors on our part. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
